Getting Started

This guide is all about getting you and your team up and running with Tangram Pro™.

You'll learn how to:

  • Access your Tangram Pro™ Trial
  • Manage your Account and Profile settings
  • Create and manage a Team

Step 1: Create an Account

To access your Tangram Pro™ Trial you need to request an account. Once created you can manage both your account and profile, so that you can get to work with a new Team and explore how a CSIP can simplify software integration challenges.

To request credentials

  1. Fill out the Trial Request form
  2. Click the green Sign Up button
  3. You'll receive an email asking you to confirm your email address - once confirmed, a Tangram Flex team member will be in touch to provide your Tangram Pro™ Trial credentials

To login

  1. Navigate to
  2. Use the provided Tangram Pro™ Trial credentials to fill out the username and password
  3. Click Log In

To reset your password

  1. After clicking Log In you will be prompted to reset your password
  2. Type in your new password
  3. Confirm your new password
  4. Click Change My Password

Step 2: Manage Your Profile and Account

From uploading a profile picture and biographical information to deactivating or deleting your account, managing your profile and account is simple and straightforward.

To manage your Profile

  1. Click on your avatar in the lower left corner of the page
  2. Click on Profile
  3. Update relevant information as needed
  4. Click Update Information

To manage your Account

  1. Click on your avatar in the lower left corner of the page
  2. Click on Account
  3. Update relevant Account information as needed

Step 3: Create and Manage a Team

Tangram Pro™ is built for collaboration. So, in our platform all work happens on Teams. But don't sweat it. You can have a Team of one for now and add collaborators later.

To create your first Team

  1. Click on the Teams link in the dark blue banner on the far left of the page
  2. Click + New Team
  3. Type a Name for the New Team
  4. Click Create Team

To manage your Team

  1. Click on the newly created Team
  2. Click on Members
  3. Click Add Members
  4. Select a new Team Member through the Search users by name/email text box, or from the drop down list
  5. Click the + icon to the right of the users name
  6. Click on the dropdown menu icon next to the new Team Member

In Tangram Pro™ you can promote Team Members to Team Owners. Each role has its own unique permissions. You are the Team Owner because you created the Team. Anyone you add to your Team will start as Team Member.
