Backup

Backups are a necessary part of any production-ready system or application.

We recommend using a cloud provider or an in-cluster backup solution like Velero.

While Tangram Pro™ does not have a built-in backup solution, if you need a solution that Velero or your cloud provider cannot satisfy, contact your Tangram Flex representative, and our engineers can collaboratively assist you in developing a solution that works for you.

In the event of a disaster, with proper backups, you should be able to restore to a production-ready state. If you do run into any issues please reach out to your Tangram Flex representative.
